Rules of registration and terms of order execution, terms of its payment, delivery and return
Basic concepts:
1. General conditions

2. Subject of the agreement

2.2. This Agreement and its annexes are official documents of the Seller and an integral part of the offer.

The Buyer has the right to edit the information provided to the Seller about himself. The Operator does not change or edit the registration information about the Buyer without the consent of the Buyer.
3.3. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's data given to the Seller and entered in the registration form indicated during registration at https://olympit.com and when placing an Order to persons unrelated to the execution of the Order.
3.4. The Seller is not responsible for the content and accuracy of the information provided by the Buyer when placing the Order.
3.5. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the Order.
3.6. Provision by the Buyer of the data specified in clause 3.2 of this Agreement. Payment by the Buyer of the Order placed on the website by himself means the Buyer's consent to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The day of placing the Order to the Seller by any means shall be the date of conclusion of the Sale and Purchase Agreement between the Seller and the Buyer.
3.7. 4. Terms of Order fulfillment
4.1. The Order fulfillment period depends on the time required to process the Order, but may not exceed 30days from the date of its placement by the Buyer. In exceptional cases, the Order fulfillment period may be agreed with the Buyer individually depending on the characteristics and quantity of the ordered Goods.
4.2. The Order shall be deemed delivered at the moment of its dispatch to the Buyer. without stating otherwise the Buyer confirms the execution of the Order.
4.3. In case the Buyer provides false information of his contact details, the Seller shall not be liable for improper fulfillment of the Order.
5. Payment of Order
5.1. Payment for the Order and confirmation of payment for the Order.
5.1.1. Payment for the Order is made by transferring funds to the Seller's settlement account after the Seller's invoice has been issued..
5.2. The prices for the Goods indicated on the website https://olympit.com may be unilaterally changed by the Seller without notifying the Buyer. In case of a change in the price of the ordered Goods, the Operator undertakes to inform the Buyer of such change as soon as possible. The Buyer has the right to confirm or cancel the Order. In case of lack of communication with the Buyer, the Order shall be considered canceled within 14 days from the moment of placing the Order. The price of the Goods paid by the Buyer is not subject to change.
5.3. Funds from the Buyer shall be accepted by non-cash payment.
7. Exchange and return of Order
7.1. The Buyer has the right to refuse the ordered Goods at any time prior to the execution of the Order.
7.2. The Buyer has the right to exchange or return the Goods within 7 (seven) days, not counting the day of purchase.
7.3. The term for review of the Application shall start to be calculated from the moment of receipt of the Application by the Seller and shall be calculated in business days excluding holidays/holidays. If the Application is received by the Seller after 6 p.m. on a business day or on a holiday/holiday, the moment of receipt of the Application by the Seller shall be the next business day.
7.4.Buyer's claims shall be fulfilled by the Seller within ten (10) calendar days from the date of the relevant claim.
7.5. The refund to the Buyer shall be made non-cash to the details of the Buyer specified in the Application.
7.6. The Seller's bank statement (check) from the Seller's bank account shall be the confirmation of the fact of return of funds to the Buyer.
9. Copyrights
9.1. All textual information and graphics on the website https://olympit.com are the property of the Seller and/or its suppliers and manufacturers of the Goods.
10. Rights, duties and responsibilities
10.1. The Seller shall not be liable for improper use of goods ordered on the website by the Buyer
10.2. The Seller is entitled to transfer its rights and obligations to third parties for the fulfillment of Orders.
10.5. The Buyer has the right to send all claims for improper fulfillment of the order to the e-mail address taranenko.oleg@icloud.com . All information received is processed as soon as possible.
